DELIVERY & RETURNS

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES

Express domestic delivery in Australia is a flat $15 AUD for all orders.

Australian deliveries should arrive within 4 business days after you receive an email for dispatch confirmation. Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the declared time frame. Your parcel requires a signature upon delivery so please provide a delivery address that will be attended during delivery hours; We cannot deliver to a PO box.

If we are delivering to a business address, please specify the business name. In the case that no one is available to sign for delivery, a parcel retrieval card may be left and the parcel will be redirected to your local post office for pick up.

Once we’ve dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail including the tracking details of your parcel. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.

Prices on the site are in Australian dollars (AUD) including GST.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Express international delivery from Australia is a flat $30 AUD for all orders.

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are not inclusive of your purchase. These charges must be paid by the parcel recipient. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office to understand these additional charges. If we are delivering to a business address, please specify the business name.

All orders and online store prices are charged in AUD. International deliveries should be delivered within 10 days depending on inbound country, excluding customs processes. Parcels will be sent within 48 hours after you receive an email for dispatch confirmation along with a tracking number. Orders are shipped via DHL International Express.

RETURNS

if you are unsatisfied your purchase, we can exchange items that are still in their original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn) within 7 days of receiving your order. Online orders can only be exchanged or refunded through our online website. Purchases through stockists must be made through their respective stores. 

Items returned to us that are deemed not in their original condition or unfit for restock and resale will be sent back to you at your expense. No refunds on final sale items.

Provided that we exchange or return your item, we will not refund the initial shipping cost.

We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

Exchange/return request should be directed via email to support@amefriendsandfamily.com or via the Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order along with your order number. Within 48 hours you will receive a confirmation along with an address to return.

Returns should be shipped using an insured traceable mail service that is securely packaged. We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced parcels sent for return. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the items are safely returned.

We review returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse if we deem it unsatisfactory.

If products that are sent to you are damaged or defective when you receive them, please contact us at support@amefriendsandfamily.com within 7 days of purchase for repairs.

In the event that we are unable to repair the fault, we will replace the product.

Please send a photograph of the fault with your product along with the return tracking to prevent delays and further inquiries with the returns process. Upon receiving the defective product, we will still need to approve the claim via our returns and exchanges process.
